indiGO Auto Group seeks a Compliance Manager to join its Corporate team, reporting to the Director of HR. You will uphold a culture of compliance across multiple dealerships in bustling markets, including Houston.

The role offers growth, collaboration with executive leadership, and opportunities to implement robust controls. You will lead internal audits, coordinate with tax and legal teams, and drive training across locations to ensure consistent standards while maintaining a strong ethics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in compliance, risk management, or coordination role.
• Knowledge of federal/state consumer protection, data privacy and safety laws.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between indiGO and ethics/compliance team.
• Lead the Compliance Task Force; report to executive leadership.
• Conduct internal audits and address priority risks.
• Support state audits in partnership with Tax Team.
• Track training completion and close gaps across locations.
• Prepare compliance reports and filings with agencies.
• Oversee data retention and purging to meet rules.
• Assist external consultants and drive process improvements.
