Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs.
• Manage compliance initiatives related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and assist with the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of compliance risks.
• Lead or support internal compliance reviews and investigations, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
• Partner with legal, HR, finance, and business leaders to promote compliance best practices and ethical decision-making.
• Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure policies and procedures remain current and effective.
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Corporate experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, risk management, or a related function.
• Working knowledge of compliance program design, risk assessments, investigations, and policy management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
• Experience supporting compliance initiatives within a complex or multi-location business environment is preferred.
• Base salary of $120,000 - $140,000, plus annual bonus
