Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs.
• Manage initiatives related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, sanctions, and policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate compliance risks.
• Lead or support investigations and document findings and recommendations.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness for employees.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, finance, and business leaders to promote compliance best practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies as needed.
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct.
