Job summary

East Missouri Action Agency seeks a Compliance Officer to oversee the agency's compliance program and ensure adherence to federal, state, local, contractual, accreditation, and funding requirements. The CO works with leadership and staff to develop and monitor practices, conducts reviews, and provides guidance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years in compliance and quality control (CCAP within 3 years is preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years in compliance/quality control.
• Experience may substitute the degree with an additional 3 years.
• CCAP certification required within 3 years of employment or already held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency's compliance program and ensure adherence to federal, state, local, contractual, accreditation, and funding requirements.
• Develop and monitor compliance practices with leadership and staff.
• Conduct reviews and risk assessments; provide guidance and technical assistance.
