Compliance Franchise Contracts Manager - US Remote

This position is responsible for the administration and compliance of franchising agreements and related documents for each of the franchising brands within Anywhere Brands. The Compliance Manager – Franchise Contracts will lead processes, procedures, and accountability standards related to franchise compliance. The ideal candidate will be energetic, focused, results-driven, and uphold the highest integrity.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to compliance requirements in franchise agreements and company policies, reviewing and monitoring contracts to mitigate legal risks.
• Develop and maintain contract compliance policies, procedures, and communication strategies.
• Automate and maintain contract compliance activities, generating reports for management.
• Monitor franchise compliance performance and adherence to agreements.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates internally and with suppliers.
• Provide training on contract compliance best practices.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and legal standards.
• Build brand awareness within ecosystems.
• Collaborate with franchisees, brand representatives, and shared services to resolve issues.
• Review and approve franchise compliance documentation.
• Ensure ecosystem participants follow policies and procedures.
• Manage and support direct reports, conducting performance evaluations.
• Assist leadership in facilitating communication across ecosystems.
• Support daily operational activities as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for issue escalation.
• Review team and process performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of operational and contract management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to identify skill sets and deploy resources effectively.
• Strong management, leadership, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract, operational, or business management.
• Background in franchising, contract administration, real estate, and analytical skills preferred.
• B.S./B.A. in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
