WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Product Design Lead is part of the B/D team. You will collaborate with creative teams to develop large-scale digital products that exceed client needs, leveraging data and UX best practices. You will challenge the team to deliver innovative solutions, focus on user needs, and guide projects from concept to completion.

You will report to the Creative Director and support the company's strategic goals by leading activities that meet organizational objectives.

• Lead a team of 10+ creatives within a larger team of 30+.
• Set high standards for design efforts.
• Lead project kick-offs and generate strategic insights.
• Drive large-scale digital projects including websites, branding, and UX.
• Inspire and align client and team visions.
• Develop and implement design strategies and guidelines.
• Support project delivery, maintain quality, and foster team growth.
• Build strong client relationships and collaborate across departments.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or related fields.
• 5+ years in design and interactive work for leading brands.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Suite, Dropbox, Basecamp, Slack, Harvest, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Leadership skills, strategic vision, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong knowledge of visual and UX design, branding, and creative processes.
• Passion for typography, interaction, and technology.
• Experience with design systems, user testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Salary Range:

US Remote Range: $90—$105 USD
