CCL Label Food and Business Sioux Falls is seeking a Compliance Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes while ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and safety standards. You will monitor performance, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement controls to boost efficiency and quality.

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing or chemical processing, plus CSP/ASP preferred. Travel minimal; strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or chemical processing experience preferred.
• Experience administering environmental, health, and safety programs preferred.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct process evaluations, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Implement process controls to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with plant startups, shutdowns, and equipment commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Lead incident, injury, and near-miss investigations and track corrective actions.
