Job summary

CCL Label Food and Beverage Sioux Falls seeks a Finishing Supervisor to lead the production department, ensuring safe, efficient day-to-day operations and consistent quality. You will oversee 10-15 staff, schedule workloads, train team members, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with BRCGS and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, coordinating with management on staffing, and guiding the team through production meetings and process

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in management/supervisory role.

• Maintain plant standards to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
