Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PSM experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production and engineering support to meet quality and quantity targets.
• Provide technical support in response to process deviations.
• Lead investigations related to safety and quality incidents.
• Evaluate processes for improvements and propose capital projects.
• Monitor operational conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze historical performance data to help meet production goals.
• Deliver training on process design and operational best practices.
• Lead internal projects focused on continuous improvement.
