My client is an established engineering and manufacturing organization that designs and manufactures highly engineered equipment for industrial and laboratory applications. They are seeking a Product Compliance & Regulatory Engineer to assume responsibility for an established global product compliance program as part of a planned succession initiative.

If you've built a solid foundation in product compliance and regulatory engineering and are ready to step into a broader, higher-visibility role, this is an opportunity to accelerate your career while expanding your technical and professional responsibilities.

  • Annual Pay-for-Performance Bonus Program
  • Comprehensive Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 10 paid company holidays annually
  • Personal and paid sick days
  • Term life and Accidental Death Insurance
  • Long-term career growth with an established manufacturing organization
What You'll Do
  • Lead product compliance and certification activities for new and existing products.
  • Guide engineering teams through product safety and regulatory requirements during product development.
  • Coordinate certification projects with organizations including UL, CSA, ETL, TUV and CE.
  • Support compliance initiatives involving RoHS, REACH, EMC, EPA and other domestic and international regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret evolving regulatory standards and communicate compliance requirements throughout the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, certification records and compliance reports.
