Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, enter and update data across databases and spreadsheets.
• Develop and implement compliance procedures to meet program requirements.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify compliance issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Prepare reports and database queries to monitor data and support staff.
• Assist with answering phones and client-facing duties as needed.
• Train users on systems and provide ongoing support.
