About the Role

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Compliance Customer Success Manager who is passionate about digital learning. The role involves managing a portfolio of complex customers across all market segments, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, and enabling organizations to adopt a risk-based approach to compliance learning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build trusted relationships with customers to drive value of our Compliance products and services.
  2. Support the implementation, launch, and ongoing evaluation of Compliance digital learning programs.
  3. Advise customers on Skillsoft Compliance content, platform solutions, and service offerings.
  4. Develop and maintain customer relationships, advocate for their needs, and facilitate resolution of issues.
  5. Assist customers in developing their Compliance digital learning initiatives.
  6. Communicate regularly about adoption, usage, satisfaction, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  7. Conduct business reviews to measure progress and ensure value realization.
  8. Stay updated on Compliance trends and regulations, and recommend content needs.
  9. Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell through white space analysis.
  10. Collaborate with Account Teams to ensure expansion and renewal.
  11. Proactively address potential issues, manage escalations, and monitor account health.
  12. Respond promptly to activities and follow-up tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of Customer Success or equivalent experience with a Bachelor's Degree or similar qualification.
  2. Experience in compliance training or consulting with account management responsibilities.
  3. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools like Gainsight.
  4. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Word and Outlook; excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of the digital learning industry and customer business drivers.
  6. Ability to manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts.
  7. Understanding of regulatory environments relevant to training and risk reduction.
  8. Effective project management and organizational skills.
  9. Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  10. Excellent teamwork and strategic partnership abilities.
  11. Adaptability to changing customer strategies and organizational directions.
  12. Remote work opportunity in the US, preferably East Coast, with 10-20% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of current Compliance Legal, ES&H standards.
  2. Ability to build relationships across various customer levels.
  3. Experience in data analysis, visualization, and demonstrating value.
  4. Advisory skills regarding Compliance content from the Skillsoft library.
Compensation & Benefits

Target salary range: $85,000 - $93,000 annually, with average on-target earnings including commissions of approximately $102,000 - $114,000 annually.

Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
