Job Summary

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing, processing and reconciling post-event documentation and payments for activities including Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, in person and virtual Speaker training meetings, and satellite symposia across multiple clients. This role may also support the Compliance, Meetings & Events, and Speaker Bureau teams with special projects.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Review post-program attendee data and documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Provide direction to clients and internal contacts as needed to support attendee reconciliation
  • Limited data entry to support attendee reconciliation
  • Verify accuracy of HCP payments and facilitate payment submissions
  • Review and process HCP reimbursements according to compliance and client guidelines
  • Assist in management of event-related trackers, databases, and documentation
  • Support event reconciliation, review, and transparency reporting according to client compliance regulations and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist with system updates of approved client materials and training certifications completed as needed
  • Assist in regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of compliance experience
  • Experience with pharmaceutical meetings, including speaker programs, preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Skilled at critical-thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on stellar client service
