Job summary

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our HR team in Bala Cynwyd, PA. You will support caregiver file upkeep, ensure PA 611 compliance, assist with onboarding, and monitor regulatory risk to protect patient quality of care.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years in home care, strong communication, attention to detail, and solid clerical experience. You will work with staff and the Senior HR Coordinator to process paperwork and maintain audits and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a home care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail with problem-solving ability.
• Customer service background and clerical experience.
• Experience enforcing corrective actions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caregiver files and ensure PA 611 compliance.
• Assist the Senior HR Coordinator with onboarding and documentation.
• Identify and manage regulatory risk with staff.
• Provide audit information to the Senior HR Coordinator.
• Coordinate with the hiring manager on work authorization documents.

Requirements:

• Maintaining the upkeep of all caregiver files as well as maintaining compliance with PA 611 rules and regulations.
• Assisting the Senior HR Coordinator as needed with processing paperwork, onboarding caregivers, and documentation.
• Working with staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.
• Providing audit information to Senior HR Coordinator
• Coordinate with hiring manager on accepting and approving work authorization documents
