Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Compliance and Audit Coordinator to supervise documentation, track certifications, and prep for audits. You will review files for completeness and accuracy, contact staff on missing items, and maintain audit-ready records across systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in compliance, healthcare, home care, HR, or office administration preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Willingness to follow up until outstanding requirements are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Review employee and client files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or expired documentation.
  • Track caregiver certifications, licenses, screenings, and expiration dates.
  • Contact employees regarding outstanding or expiring documentation.
  • Follow up consistently until required documents and corrections are received.
  • Review onboarding documents, background screenings, credentials, and employment requirements.
  • Maintain compliance spreadsheets, tracking systems, reports, and electronic records.
  • Enter and update compliance information in company systems.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Communicate compliance concerns to the team.
  • Help ensure records are organized and audit-ready.

Full-Time Compliance and Audit Coordinator Company: EmmUcare Home Health

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience

EmmUcare Home Health is a growing home care agency dedicated to delivering dependable, high-quality care while maintaining strong standards of compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

We are seeking a dependable and persistent Compliance Officer to support our compliance department. In this role, you will review, track, and maintain employee and client documentation to help ensure our records remain complete, accurate, current, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do
  • Review employee and client files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

  • Assist with additional compliance and administrative responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in compliance, healthcare, home care, human resources, or office administration is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines
  • Confidence communicating expectations and holding others accountable
  • Willingness to follow up consistently until outstanding requirements are completed
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, electronic filing systems, or similar programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures
  • Professional judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Dependable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Must have a valid drivers license
