Job summary

Tanknology, a United Uptime Services company, is seeking a Compliance Field Technician as part of an apprenticeship program. You will learn on the job while performing testing, installations, and repairs across multiple sites, using TANCS software to record findings.

Applicants should be prepared to travel across states, lift heavy equipment, and pass pre-employment testing. A strong safety mindset and hands-on attitude are essential for success in this role and for building the branch from the

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in trades (HVAC, plumbing, mechanics, electricians, carpenters, or cable technicians preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, bending, kneeling).
• Pre-Employment Testing: drug test, background, physical, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and surveys on customer sites.
• Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems.
• Install equipment and test tank gauge systems.
• Enter and analyze test results, communicating findings to the Operations team.
• Manage and report inventory of parts and supplies on your company vehicle.

Compliance Field Technician:

Applicants must live within 60 minutes of advertised city to be considered.

Tanknology, a United Uptime Services Company, a fast-growing leader in the petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, energetic, hardworking Field Service Technician Apprentice. As a Field Service Technician, you will learn through an apprenticeship style program until you are certified. In this role you will work on various job sites, performing testing, installations, and repairs while using our proprietary software, TANCS, to record your findings.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct site assessments and surveys
• Perform leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping systems
• Install equipment and test tank gauge systems
