You will design and implement compliant workflows and automation across multiple countries. You will join a newly created role to make regulated development seamless, working closely with experts, and you will grow your scope across topics and countries as you prove impact

Qualifications

• You have built automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code or AI.
• You understand AI-enabled workflows and how to integrate them into operations.
• You are drawn to regulated work and can ramp up quickly in new domains.
• Professional level English and French are required.

Responsibilities

• Ship a compliant automation system that scales with growth.
• Redesign processes end-to-end to reduce friction and speed up work.
• Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows end-to-end.
• Identify bottlenecks and keep regulatory compliance fast and efficient.
• Measure adoption, quality and efficiency after deployment.
