Job summary

Alan is hiring IT Engineers to design and own our internal technology platform, spanning identity and provisioning, endpoint SaaS security, and automation. You will work on onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and cost optimization across our SaaS stack.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, auditable processes and a secure employee lifecycle across multiple offices and countries.

Qualifications

• Experience automating IT workflows across platforms and services.
• Proven ability to manage identity and access controls at scale.
• Familiarity with SaaS provisioning, onboarding/offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Own automations on internal provisioning and helpdesk workflows.
• Manage identity lifecycle across Google Workspace and SSO/SAML.
• Oversee endpoint security tooling and SaaS security controls.
