The role focuses on hard-file reviews to ensure adherence to Affordable Housing regulations, ACA requirements, and internal policies, while partnering with property managers and staff to implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills to serve residents and the workforce effectively.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, particularly with hard-file examination.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing regulations highly desired and familiarity with Yardi Voyager Property Management software highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth reviews of hard files to assess compliance with leasing, safety, and fair housing laws.
• Identify discrepancies or potential compliance issues in property records and documents.
• Collaborate with property managers to address compliance concerns and guide corrective actions.
• Maintain understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to property management and leasing.
• Generate detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for corrective action.
