Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 6 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or internal controls.
• 3+ years of experience with audit methodologies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• 3+ years of experience supporting internal and external audits, including testing and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on control effectiveness.

• Lead HR systems compliance and audit programs to ensure regulatory adherence
• Document and assess internal controls and business processes for audit readiness
• Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks, advising leadership on complex matters

For our client, we are seeking a Compliance & Audit Manager, Global HR Systems to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will oversee compliance and audit programs tied to global HR systems, with a focus on strengthening controls, supporting regulatory readiness, and protecting sensitive workforce data. You will partner closely with Legal, HR, and Cybersecurity teams to plan audits, address risk, and drive remediation efforts across a complex global environment. The position also plays a key role in improving audit automation and scalability while ensuring adherence to internal standards and external requirements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,000 – $196,700 annually
