Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
• Experience in compliance, audit, risk management, governance, executive support, or financial services role.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, vendor management, contract administration, policy governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience preparing board materials and supporting executive leadership while handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts operational, financial, and compliance audits to evaluate adherence to policies and regulations.
• Provides specialized administrative support to executive management and Board of Directors ensuring bylaws and regulatory compliance.
• Manages compliance, vendor due diligence, contract lifecycle, policy administration, and risk monitoring.
• Administers risk management platform, completes reviews, and reports to management and external organizations.
• Documents audit findings, tracks corrective actions, and reports to the CEO and management.
• Supports governance meetings: agendas, board packets, presentations, minutes, and communications.
• Maintains official records and handles confidential information with discretion.
• Assists organizational projects with coordination and process oversight.
