Job summary

Credit Union of America is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support the Project Management team and oversee regulatory change initiatives. You will work with the Risk Manager, Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, and department managers to implement regulatory updates, policies, and audit responses across CUAs programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans and timelines, coordinating documentation, and tracking deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications.
• 3–5 years of compliance or related experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal financial institution regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain policies, risk assessments, and audit materials.
• Serve as liaison between Risk, departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support external regulatory examinations and audit requests.
• Continue education; complete 20 hours annually.
• Adhere to BSA/AML compliance requirements.
