Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, audit, risk management, governance, or financial services.
• Ability to prepare board materials, coordinate meetings and support leadership with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance management, vendor due diligence, contract lifecycle and policy governance.
• Administer risk management platform, complete reviews and reports to management and boards.
• Conduct internal audits including cash counts and loan/mortgage reviews, document findings.
• Coordinate governance activities, agendas, packets, minutes, and communications.
• Support organizational projects with documentation management and process oversight.
