Job summary

IAA Credit Union, headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Audit and Compliance professional to coordinate internal audits and ensure adherence to bylaws, regulatory requirements, and organizational procedures.

You will own compliance management, vendor due diligence, contract lifecycle, policy governance, and risk monitoring while supporting the CEO, Board, and committees with meeting coordination, agendas, and governance materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, governance, or financial services
• Experience preparing board materials and coordinating meetings
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational, financial, and compliance audits for IAACU adherence to policies and regulations
• Provide specialized admin support to IAACU executive team and Board ensuring bylaws and regulatory compliance
• Own compliance management, vendor due diligence, contract lifecycle, policy governance, and risk monitoring
• Administer risk and compliance platform, complete reviews, and report to management and external bodies
• Conduct internal audits including cash counts, loan reviews, mortgage quality control
• Document audit findings, track corrective actions, report to CEO and management
• Support governance meetings with agendas, packets, presentations, minutes
• Maintain records and handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist organizational projects with documentation and process oversight
