You’ll review client letters, due diligence, and compliance materials, while aiding training and vendor management.

Qualifications

• New York-qualified lawyers with 3+ years in a large law firm.
• Solid knowledge of the Rules of Professional Responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple live workstreams under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor client engagement letters and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
• Maintain the firm's compliance repository and liaise with partners on responses.
• Review client due diligence, information security questionnaires, Codes of Conduct, RFP terms and NDAs.
