Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) – McGriff Specialty is seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Analyst to deliver compliance and regulatory services, including approvals, contracts, NDAs, BAAs, and licenses. You will work with the McGriff Specialty Team to help manage risk and ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, knowledge of agency management and financial systems, strong client relations and communication, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and regulatory services to the McGriff teammates and clients.

• Coordinate with legal and operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

A day in the life.

As our Compliance & Regulatory Analyst on the McGriff Specialty Team, you'll provide compliance and regulatory services to McGriff teammates. Areas of responsibility may include carrier/intermediary approval and contracting, broker service agreements (fee agreements), outside producer agreements, business associate agreements (BAAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), surplus lines taxes, insurance licenses, carrier appointments, and other compliance and market conduct matters.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
• Considerable knowledge of company agency management system/accounts receivable system, all company computer applications
• Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
• Ability to utilize leadership skills by providing direction, constructive feedback, development and training while additionally being able to motivate others to maximize productivity and team morale
• Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to obtain information, commitment or payments
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,700 to $101,900. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
