Who You Are

We seek talented individuals who are passionate, innovative, and eager to make an impact. As a Compliance & Mobility Specialist, you will support the implementation and oversight of global compliance and mobility policies, ensuring adherence to legal requirements across various regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for compliance and mobility queries within People Operations and other stakeholders.
• Support global mobility programs, including relocations, aligning with company policies and talent strategies.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to manage work authorization, visas, and compliance risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting employment, immigration, and tax laws, updating internal teams accordingly.
• Manage assignment statuses, visa expirations, and deadlines, escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reporting.
• Assist with HR compliance initiatives such as Pay Equity, OSHA, and Employment Equity programs.
• Update HR policies and conduct compliance training and audits.
• Support background checks, I-9 processes, and compliance research.
• Contribute to health and safety efforts and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in global mobility, immigration, employment law, or HR compliance within an international organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business, or related fields.
• Knowledge of global mobility, immigration, cross-border tax, and labor laws.
• Experience with audits, compliance reporting, and documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and software skills, including Google Suite.
