Larson Maddox is seeking a data-driven Compliance Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support enterprise compliance risk management through reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. The role collaborates with compliance, risk, audit, operations, and technology to transform complex data into actionable insights that support regulatory programs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance analytics, strong Excel and BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau), and proficient SQL/Python skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in compliance analytics, risk reporting, or related financial services.
• Experience with large datasets and BI platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain compliance reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks.
• Produce key metrics and risk reporting for stakeholders.
• Support compliance monitoring, testing, issue management, and regulatory change initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, risk, audit, and technology teams to source, validate data.
• Design reporting solutions using visualization tools.
• Perform data quality reviews and governance activities.
• Assist with automation and technology-driven improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
