Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a principal resource for compliance analytics to scale analytics capabilities, monitoring, and technology-enabled operations. You will lead programs, own KPIs and dashboards, and partner with Legal, IT, and Field Teams.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, translate risks into actionable dashboards, and help advance a proactive compliance program using AI-enabled tools and automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Ability to evaluate compliance risks and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own compliance monitoring methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Automate manual compliance processes and improve efficiency with AI-enabled tools.
• Translate requirements into measurable monitoring strategies and executive dashboards.
