Job summary

The State of Illinois, Department of Public Health, is seeking a Compliance Analyst (Coordinator) to manage and oversee the Health Facilities and Services Review Board’s compliance activities in the Springfield area.

The role involves supervising projects for adherence to administrative rules, tracking progress, and coordinating with legal counsels and the State Board on sanctions and non-compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college.
• Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization involved in the health care and/or legal field.

Responsibilities

• The Compliance Coordinator will organize, manage, and administer the Health Facilities and Services Review Board’s compliance activities as mandated by statute and administrative rules.
• Coordinates all State Board activities, including compiling and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts of all pending litigation and administrative hearings.
• Develop, implement, and direct activities relating to the maintenance and support of HFSRB databases and all records of the HFSRB.
