Job summary

GEO Secured Services is seeking a Compliance Administrator to serve as the facility's subject matter expert on compliance and accreditation. You will develop and maintain assessment tools, generate management reports, and ensure adherence to all policies across departments.

You will communicate guidelines, coordinate audits, and may supervise compliance staff. If needed, travel may be required to support regional or organizational audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, Criminal Justice or Finance or related field.
• Alternative: HS diploma with 5 years in confinement, law enforcement or compliance with discretion.
• Experience in compliance, accreditation and quality management is desirable.
• Able to present to employees at all levels and produce cohesive documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and revises assessment instruments to monitor compliance effectiveness.
• Prepares management reports on compliance and accreditation outcomes and improvements.
• Communicates rules, regulations and guidelines across the facility.
• Acts as liaison for interpreting compliance policies and coordinates audits.
• Performs facility-level audits and recommends corrective actions.
• Maintains all data and documentation for compliance programs.
