The GEO Group, Inc. seeks a Compliance Administrator for ICE facilities in the United States. This supervisory role serves as the subject matter expert on compliance and accreditation, developing instruments to monitor success and reporting to management on results and improvements.

The position partners with department leaders to ensure adherence to policies, coordinates audits, and guides corrective actions across regions. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with 3 years experience in corrections, law enforcement, or related capacity; alternative education paths may apply.
• Experience in compliance, accreditation, and quality management is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Reviews facility operations to identify compliance issues and documents reviews with recommendations.
• Develops instruments to determine compliance across departments.
• Collaborates with managers to achieve compliance and supports remediation strategies.
• Interprets and communicates compliance and accreditation policies to the organization.
• Performs audits and quality control activities and reports findings to management.
