Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to oversee the lifecycle of claims in the Arizona market. The role requires collaboration with claimants, employers, attorneys, medical providers, and vendors to drive timely resolutions and maintain regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring strong investigational acumen, negotiation ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while evaluating compensability and pursuing recovery opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years NJ loss time workers' compensation experience including litigated claims handling.
• Active Adjuster License or willingness and ability to obtain and maintain all required state licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong investigation, organization, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Investigate losses and make compensability decisions.
• Collaborate with claimants, employers, attorneys, medical providers, and vendors.
• Identify recovery opportunities, fraud concerns, and litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward quality claim outcomes.
• Manage claims from assignment through resolution.
• Evaluate compensability.
• Coordinate with medical providers and legal partners.
• Manage reserves.
• Help drive timely claims resolutions.
