General Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts across three hotel properties, driving revenue performance and aligning strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate sales activities to maximize efficiency, eliminate duplication, and optimize total account production.
- Provide strategic leadership for group and transient RFPs, positioning the most appropriate property—or combination of properties—to achieve optimal results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ownership, brand partners, and clients.
- Coach and support sales team members; conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
- Lead sales meetings and ensure consistent communication, focus, and execution across all properties.
- Oversee forecasting, booking pace, lead management, and STR reporting, delivering clear insights and actionable strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent the properties within key market segments to increase market share and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Engage in client relationship activities, including travel, site visits, and entertainment.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
- Maintain clear, professional communication and flexibility to meet business needs, including travel between properties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Experience
5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Grooming
- Experience supporting multiple properties or high-volume accounts preferred.
- Professional, polished appearance required.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel between properties and for client engagement required.
