Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Complex Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Physician at the Daytona Beach VA Clinic in Florida. This full-time position involves managing chronic conditions and providing comprehensive patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

As a physician, you will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional shifts based on service needs. The role offers a relocation incentive and eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid medical license in the State of Florida.
• Must be capable of managing complex chronic medical conditions.
• Experience with VA outpatient PACT model management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gender-specific care under the PACT model.
• Manage chronic conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document clinical activities in accordance with facility policies.
