Job summary

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software and mainframe systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive history and physical examinations for Veterans.
  • Perform medical record reviews, assessments, diagnoses and develop treatment plans.
  • Manage medication therapy and coordinate referrals to specialty care.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and supervise physicians.
