Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. invites an Inventory Attorney to serve as the operational backbone of a large tort inventory. You will translate the legal team’s strategy into workflows, deadlines, and deliverables, mentor paralegals, and ensure no client falls through the cracks as cases move forward across multiple matters.

You’ll own filing readiness, discovery tracking, and court- and jurisdiction-specific requirements, with an emphasis on quality control, efficiency, and clear client communications.

Qualifications

• What You’ll Need: at least 2 years of litigation experience and a J.D.
• Experience in complex or high-volume litigation environments and familiarity with federal/state procedures.
• Ability to lead a team of paralegals and case managers without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• The full deadline lifecycle across a large case inventory with escalation protocols.
• Filing readiness, pre-filing requirements, and strategic case selection decisions.
• Discovery workflow execution, deficiency follow-ups, and cross-matter compliance.
• Quality control of court rules, filing protocols, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Motion practice support, pleadings assistance, and trial prep on the operational side.
• Mentor a team of paralegals and case managers to improve performance.
