This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA. The firm has a national presence, with offices in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of litigation experience, be highly resourceful, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities

1. Draft briefs, motions, and other court filings with precision.
2. Take and defend depositions as part of case preparation.
3. Appear in court for hearings, arguments, and case management conferences.
4. Collaborate closely with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel.
5. Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters related to consumer and employment law.
6. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and filings.
7. Handle discovery, including the drafting of discovery requests and responses.
8. Provide clients with regular updates and legal advice throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney in a comparable role.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in legal research, brief writing, and court filings.
• Experience in managing litigation matters and participating in hearings and depositions.
• Comfortable with client interaction and handling complex case issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
