SNI Companies in Washington, DC is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial and regulatory matters, with exposure to antitrust intersections and a need for sharp legal research and writing.

The successful candidate will have roughly 5–6 years of law firm litigation experience, strong discovery management, and the ability to handle multiple active matters.

Qualifications

Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate - Washington, DC

A leading Am Law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Washington, DC-area litigation team.

This is a strong opportunity for an associate with sophisticated litigation experience who is interested in working on complex commercial and regulatory matters, including cases that intersect with antitrust issues. Direct antitrust experience is helpful but not required.

Ideal Background:

• Approximately 5-6 years of law firm litigation experience
• Experience managing discovery and e-discovery
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, and written discovery
• Ability to manage deadlines, filings, and multiple active workstreams
• Exposure to multidistrict, class action, regulatory, employment, or construction litigation is a plus
• Washington, DC preferred; Baltimore and Northern Virginia may also be considered
• Hybrid schedule with approximately 3-4 days in the office
• Base salary generally targeted between $325,000 and $360,000, depending on experience
• Bonus opportunity and potential sign-on bonus
