• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and legal documents.

• Provide proactive legal guidance on risk management, compliance, and dispute avoidance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively on case developments.

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced attorneys on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes across a range of industries, including construction, contract, and business litigation matters.

***The team is open to attorneys coming from insurance defense and other related litigation defense backgrounds, particularly those with strong deposition, motion practice, and case management experience. This opportunity offers the chance to transition into sophisticated construction-related matters while continuing to build on a strong litigation foundation.***

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, construction, and high-exposure matters
