Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Completions Engineering Analyst to support the completions team with data‑driven analysis, performance monitoring and reporting. You will transform completion data into actionable insights to optimize performance and support daily operations and longer‑term planning.

The role partners with engineers and field operations, develops dashboards and KPIs, and requires strong analytics, Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI or Spotfire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical) or analytics/business
• Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Spotfire)
• Strong communication skills for presenting data to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Partner with Completions Engineers and field ops to optimize completion performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Support planning and forecasting through historical data analysis and performance tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly completion performance summaries for teams and leadership.
• Contribute to root‑cause analyses and continuous improvement with timely data insights.
