Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to develop and administer compensation programs, conduct market analyses, and ensure pay equity across locations using INFOR GHR ERP data.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–4 years in compensation, and INFOR ERP experience. CCP certification is preferred. This full-time, on-site role is based in Irving, TX and offers collaboration with HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–4 years of compensation work experience.
• 1 year of INFOR ERP System experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet the OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Use INFOR GHR for reports and data reliability.
• Audit compensation data alignment (grades, job levels, salary structure, codes, titles).
• Evaluate new/revised job descriptions and research market data for grades and FLSA classifications.
• Communicate approved salary information in line with guidelines and market data.
• Perform internal equity analysis across ministries, facilities, and locations.
• Prepare complex data analyses and provide management with recommendations.
• Document information requests, reviews, and research; prepare reports.
