  • Develop compensation communications and resources that help leaders and managers understand compensation programs.
  • Help develop, implement, and maintain compensation processes, tools, and systems.
  • Analyze and update compensation-related policies and procedures, including wage-and-hour and competitive-pay practices.
  • Assist with reviewing and updating professional staff job descriptions in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Analyze FLSA classifications, EEO codes, job codes, and exemption status; recommend resolutions and compensation adjustments when appropriate.
  • Perform related administrative responsibilities and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business-related field preferred.
  • At least three years of data analytics experience supporting a large, multi-location employer; professional services experience is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables; experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
