In this role, you will lead compensation operations, union wage implementation, analytics, and process improvement across UCLA Health. You’ll lead a team of compensation professionals and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, Labor Relations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and organizational leaders.
You’ll use data, insight, and innovation to create scalable processes, strengthen compensation practices, and help leaders make informed workforce decisions—all while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $108,900 to $241,500. The budgeted salary that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $190,000 to $235,000 annually.
