• Knowledge of HR concepts, data management, and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports compensation administration, personnel actions, and recruitment/retention incentives.
• Maintains and tracks job descriptions for new positions and changes from initiation to filing.
• Maintains accurate employee, position, and compensation records in HR systems.
• Provides administrative support to Organizational Excellence staff and prepares documents/reports.
• Participates in fellowship activities and contributes to program governance and data reporting.
