The role emphasizes accurate job descriptions, data maintenance, and collaboration with analysts to support district and division initiatives. A high school diploma and 2 years HR support experience are required, with a valid driver’s license for state vehicle use.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent in General Education.
• 2 years of experience in human resources support work.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive a state vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Enter personnel actions related to HR reviews and classifications.
• Maintain HR Programs documents and SharePoint assets.
• Assist analysts with position updates for career ladder promotions.
• Update organizational charts as needed.
• Publish HRD job listings biweekly or more often as directed.
• Maintain and update HR Programs materials quarterly; test hyperlinks.
