Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; education and experience may substitute for one another.
• 1 year of full-time customer service experience involving interpreting, applying and communicating complex laws or policies.
• Experience conducting detailed group presentations to adults.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel TRS members on benefit options and eligibility.
• Present information in group workshops and seminars.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare materials.
• Research member records and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and document member files in computer systems.
