Thinking Machines is seeking an experienced Compensation Partner based in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will design and implement the company’s compensation framework to attract and retain exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of compensation experience in a high-growth environment.
• Track record building compensation programs from the ground up.
• Experience in a competitive and dynamic talent market.
• Ability to articulate a clear compensation philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the compensation framework to attract talent.
• Advise on pay decisions across offers, promotions, and retention.
• Establish compensation strategy based on market research and judgment.
• Build the equity compensation framework in partnership with finance.
• Communicate compensation clearly to candidates and employees.
