Job summary

This role partners with Workday and MarketPay, builds dashboards in Tableau, and drives compensation programs aligned with business goals.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in analytics/compensation, with advanced Excel skills. The position offers a competitive package and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Analytics, or HR-related field.
• Five or more years of analytics or compensation experience.
• Experience with compensation principles, practices, systems, and methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integral partner for the administration of our compensation planning processes including annual planning, off-cycle planning, review of our salary structure, development of processes and workflows, pay equity studies, and all related activities.
• Manage the Compensation workflow and processes within Workday and integrations with other People Operations Centers of Expertise including People Acquisition, People Management, Talent Management, plus future enhancements as needed.
• Develop recommendations on how to improve current compensation systems, reports, and analytics while identifying processes or capabilities that could benefit from automation, process enhancements
• Support, explore, evaluate, and make recommendations regarding ongoing maintenance and new features and functionality within Workday and MarketPay
• Develop and maintain compensation related dashboards providing actionable insights using tools such as Workday and/or Tableau
• Produce analyses and metrics on various compensation programs including merit, recognition awards, and budgets
• Leverage data analytics to inform the design of programs, decision making, and measurement of the compensation goals
• Serve as subject matter expert for compensation related data needs and Analytics dashboards
• Scope will expand beyond compensation as needed
