The Senior Compensation Data Analyst role offers a hybrid work setup in San Diego, CA and centers on shaping compensation programs through data driven insights. This W2 contract provides a competitive $53-$65 per hour and a defined six month term with the possibility of extension, all within a collaborative, metrics driven culture that values accuracy and governance.
